Abigail F. French

Abigail F. French is a shareholder whose practice encompasses a broad range of transactional, advisory, and litigation matters.

She regularly advises governmental entities and public officials on the legal and practical issues that arise in public-sector operations. Ms. French also maintains an active estate planning and probate practice, assisting clients with wills, trusts, powers of attorney, estate administration, guardianships, and conservatorships. Her practice also includes adoption matters, landlord-tenant matters, and general litigation, including business disputes.

Ms. French earned her J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2019, where she received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Constitutional Law II and Family Law. During law school, she worked for Ada County as a civil division legal intern. Following law school, she served as a deputy prosecuting attorney for Bingham County before entering private practice.

Before attending law school, Ms. French earned a B.A. in history education and taught eighth-grade English language arts.

A native of Idaho Falls, Ms. French is proud to practice law in the community where she was raised. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling and reading.
