Brian Eggleston

Mr. Eggleston’s practice focuses on all aspects of family law including Divorce, Custody, Paternity, Child Support and Step-Parent Adoption.

Seven of the last eight years as an attorney, he has spent owning and operating a successful solo office catering to family law clients. He joined the firm in June 2016 and will continue his dedicated service to your family law needs.
Mr. Eggleston is a graduate of Idaho State University, where he earned his B.S. degree in Political Science. He then attended school at Western State University College of Law, and graduated with his J.D. in the top one-sixth of his class.

He is thrilled that south-eastern Idaho is home to him, his wife and three boys.
