Mr. Raymond concentrates his practice in agriculture issues, complex litigation, appeals, employment law, family/custody disputes, contract disputes, commercial disputes and general litigation. He has been involved in numerous Idaho Supreme Court and Ninth Circuit appeals, including two precedent setting Idaho Supreme Court opinions regarding child custody.
Mr. Raymond previously worked as a Bonneville County Deputy Prosecutor and as an associate at another local law firm. He currently is the president of the Eagle Rock Inns of Court. He is a current committee member of the Jefferson County Farm Bureau Young Farmers and Ranchers where he has been involved in developing resolutions for the Idaho Farm Bureau Federation, which protects agriculture’s interest in Idaho.
Mr. Raymond attended the J. Reuben Clark Law School where he graduated cum laude. While in law school, he interned for the Honorable N. Randy Smith on the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Honorable Gregory W. Moeller of the Seventh Judicial District of Idaho. He received his bachelor’s degree at BYU-Idaho.
Mr. Raymond and his wife, Alisha, can often be found with their four kids fishing, camping, and helping out on his family’s fifth generation farm in Menan.
